The vines, with an average age of 50 years, are meticulously trained in the gobelet style and harvested by hand. Precise winemaking, with 80% of the grapes destemmed and fermentation in tanks, is followed by aging on fine lees for 8 months, ensuring a silky texture and exceptional depth.
