This premium cuvée comes from a selection of plots characterized by an abundance of rounded pebbles. The estate places particular emphasis on destemming and trellising, ensuring optimal leaf surface area. Vinification is meticulous, with two manual punch-downs per day and a long maceration of 30 days, resulting in remarkable concentration and intensity. Syrah predominates here, with just a touch of Grenache to respect the appellation.

The wind shapes this corner of the Rhône, and the wines bear its mark: taut, upright Syrahs, almost austere at times, but never heavy. The estate has long practiced biodynamic viticulture, which gives a precise expression to the stony soils. The whites possess fleshiness but are held together by a lingering finish. In short: a very clean style. A serious, solid, consistent estate.
