The estate is located in the commune of Turquant, in a place called La Herpinière, with an atypical terroir. Our plots are located on the plains between the Loire and the Forest, on a clayey-limestone soil. We produce Protected Geographical Indication wines with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grolleau Noir, Pinot d'Aunis, Chenin and Grolleau Gris as the grape varieties. Our vines are in frank of vine stock and our harvests are exclusively manual, which makes it possible to bring out the terroir of the Loire.
We are a family estate of 7 hectares. We like simplicity and we give the wines the care to behave naturally! Our vine cultivation is based on the respect of biodiversity. The wine must give a history of the terroir. The wine is alive and evolves with the seasons. With vines cultivated without chemicals.
The estate is run entirely with respect for nature, it is important to be in harmony with it, as this allows us to work in collaboration with the fauna and flora. We respect the specifications of organic farming (without going through a certifying body). The spirit of the terroir is thus preserved from the root to the bottle.
