The domain's short story
After experiences in Bordeaux, South Africa and New Zealand, I came back to work in prestigious houses in Burgundy. Eager to create my own identity, I created this wine house in 2018 thanks to a participatory financing. In the manner of an estate, we work with wine growers on long-term contracts, combining monitoring and advice, to bring the vines to produce fruit representative of their original terroirs. Organic agriculture and biodynamic farming are some of the areas we work on for a sustainable, respectful and quality viticulture (certification acquired in 2019 for a part of the vintages). In the winery, there is little interventionism. The vinifications, gentle, natural but controlled, are followed by an ageing process that respects the characteristics of the wines so as not to distort the expression of the terroirs. The wines are expressive, digestible and characteristic of their vintage and their appellation.
