Maison Arnaud Boué

Established since 2018 in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Arnaud Boué selects the best grapes to make wine from the best terroirs of Burgundy.

Our story

After experiences in Bordeaux, South Africa and New Zealand, I came back to work in prestigious houses in Burgundy. Wishing to create my own identity, I created this trading house in 2018 thanks to a participative financing. Like a winery, we work with winegrowers on long-term contracts, combining monitoring and advice, to help the vines produce fruit that is representative of their terroir of origin. Organic agriculture and biodynamics are some of the axes on which we work for a sustainable, respectful and quality viticulture (certification acquired in 2019 for part of the vintages). In the winery, there is little interventionism. The gentle, natural but controlled vinifications are followed by a maturing process that respects the characteristics of the wines so as not to distort the expression of the terroirs. The wines are expressive, digestible and characteristic of their vintage and appellation.
