This wine is quite close to our first wine because it comes from the same rigorous selection of plots. The difference is made on the small details that separate the exceptional from the excellent.
Château A d'Ascumbas is our second wine. The soil, more siliceous than that of Château Ascumbas, brings a finer side which is compensated by a higher proportion of Cabernet.
It is a wine to keep for more than 10 years.
Perfect with honeyed duck sleeves, a bavette with shallots fondue, a roast veal stuffed with truffles, or with cheeses such as munster, reblochon de Savoie or Pont-l'évêque.
