Château Bellevue - Coteaux du Layon 1er cru Chaume

The robe is magnificent, deep, dense, yellow, golden, with delicate straw-colored nuances. The nose is wonderfully complex, combining aromas of stewed white fruits (vine peaches, apricots, quinces, etc.), an exotic hint of pineapple flambéed with rum, and the vanilla and spicy complexity of its barrel aging. The attack on the palate is velvety, ample, smooth, almost creamy. Very quickly, we find the rich aromatic complexity with a dominant of exotic fruits almost acidulous.
