Château de Paraza - PALMA - Blanc - 2022

With its pale yellow color with golden reflections, PALMA is a white wine that seduces with a fine and delicate nose with notes of citrus and bergamot, white fruits and hazelnut aromas. In the mouth the attack is lively, the mouth is ample and well balanced. The aromas of dried and toasted fruits complete a complex and subtle whole. The light ageing in barrels brings a nice depth to the wine.

The word of the Winemaker, Famille Danglas :

For the maturation of the delicate PALMA cuvée, we have chosen to work with the "Perle blanche" barrel. This barrel is made from hundred-year-old oak trees in the forests of central France. It is exposed to the sun and wind and then toasted for a long time, giving it a delicate and slightly fruity aromatic finish.
