Château la Bastide

Founded in 1770, Château la Bastide was one of the most imposing estates in the Aude. Located in the north of the Corbières PDO, the estate covers 180 hectares, 60 of which are under vine (70% PDO and 30% PGI).

Un côté solaire et riche. Sur des plats sans chichis au printemps en afterwork.

On retrouve bien les arômes de fraise/framboise du pinot mais dans une version beaucoup plus ensoleillée qui fait penser à la confiture fait maison.
