Ripe Merlot (notes of morello cherries) but still fresh and peachy. A present but digestible matter, with a nice grain. A greedy, seductive and precise wine, which will age very well from 2 to 4 years.

The word of the Winemaker, Olivier Ramé :

"I'm not drinking any fucking Merlot!" This phrase, well known to oenophiles, could be relevant, if it were not uttered by a complete idiot. Because vinified without sulfur, with its indigenous yeasts, and then aged in concrete tanks, a Merlot can give what is in this bottle: a beautiful and peachy juice!
