Our Review of the Cuvée

The wine has a deep red color with slightly purplish hues. On the nose, aromas of morello cherry and stone fruits emerge, followed by notes of aromatic herbs and spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, a lovely acidity balanced by ample body gives way to flavors of stone fruits and red berries. The well-integrated tannins make this wine very approachable, ideal for pairing with Italian dishes featuring fresh tomatoes, tapas, or red-berry desserts.

Pépin was born out of a simple desire: to make natural wine accessible, joyful, and unpretentious, without compromising on quality. Here, wine is viewed as a shared experience, a pleasure to be enjoyed together, free from rigid conventions. The approach is deliberately straightforward: approachable, easy-drinking wines that appeal to both curious enthusiasts and seasoned connoisseurs alike.
