In Saumur-Champigny, Domaine Bobinet is managed by Émilie Bobinet and Sébastien Bobinet. The vineyard is situated between hillsides and the banks of the Loire, on predominantly limestone soils, covered with varying depths of clay and silt, particularly well-suited for Cabernet Franc.

The vines are cultivated organically, with a focus on soil vitality and plant balance. Harvesting is done manually to ensure ripe and healthy grapes. In the cellar, winemaking processes involve minimal intervention, aiming to preserve fruit expression and terroir clarity.

Aging primarily takes place in barrels, within a troglodyte cellar typical of the Saumur region, providing natural conditions conducive to slow and consistent maturation.
