Located at the foot of the Solutré rock formation, Domaine de la Denante spans 19 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Mâconnais region. The vineyard is managed using sustainable farming practices, with a particular focus on environmental stewardship—an approach now recognized by the High Environmental Value certification. The site’s soils and exposure offer ideal conditions for the expression of Burgundy grape varieties. Winemaking is carried out using traditional methods, in tanks and barrels, to preserve the balance between fruit, structure, and finesse. The estate is thus committed to producing authentic wines that remain true to their terroir and the identity of Solutré.
