This wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, grown on three distinct plots and carefully vinified in stainless steel tanks. The use of native yeasts and controlled fermentation temperatures give this wine authenticity and a richness of flavors. After 15 to 20 days of maceration, it is aged for 22 months in oak barrels, combining structure and freshness while highlighting its youthful, fruity character, with a touch of salinity and earthiness.

Our Review of the Cuvée

On the nose, this Sangiovese exudes an exuberance of ripe red fruits, accompanied by subtle notes of forest floor and minerality. On the palate, it is a wine that is both dynamic and well-structured, offering lively flavors and a refined texture. Its rustic youthfulness is evident in a hint of salinity, which blends harmoniously with the earthy aromas typical of its Montalcino terroir. The finish is lingering, highlighted by a balance between freshness and depth, promising aging potential while remaining approachable now.
