This artisanal and organic cuvée, created by Julie Paolucci at Domaine La Luminaille, embodies the essence of the Rasteau terroir. Sourced from hillside plots with clay-limestone soil, the old Carignan and Grenache vines offer freshness and elegance. Whole-cluster fermentation, without the addition of sulfur, and aging in vats and amphorae until spring, enhance the unique characteristics of this wine, so typical of the South of France.
