Sans Appellation | Rouge | 2018

This wine is made from hand-selected grapes and vinified using traditional Nebbiolo methods: fermentation in tanks followed by 16 months of aging in oak barrels. The style combines rich fruitiness with a spicy structure, resulting in a medium-full-bodied wine. An expressive, elegant red with soft tannins and a well-defined aromatic profile.

Our Review of the Cuvée

The deep ruby color with garnet highlights hints at a wine with character. The nose reveals aromas of black cherry, raspberry, dried rose petals, and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, supported by fresh acidity and fine yet present tannins. The overall impression is supple, marked by notes of ripe fruit, blond tobacco, and leather, with a well-integrated touch of oak. The finish is long and flavorful, with a lovely lingering aftertaste of spices and morello cherry. A wine for fine dining, ideal with roasted or braised meats.
