Our Review of the Cuvée

The sensory experience of this Chenin Blanc is remarkable. Its pale yellow color is followed by a delicate nose blending pear, white peach, mango, and a subtle floral note. On the palate, it is a wine that is both round and fresh, very pleasant to drink. The refined pear aromas blend with salty notes to create a unique, fresh, and smooth finish. This final sensation evokes the taste of licking a salt stone, adding a mineral and original dimension to the tasting experience.

The estate currently cultivates more than a thousand hectares of vineyards and produces a wide range of red and white wines made from grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chenin Blanc, combining a tradition of quality with modern practices.
