Our Review of the Cuvée

The nose reveals vibrant red fruits and delicate floral notes. On the palate, the wine presents a silky texture, a beautiful roundness thanks to the Merlot, and a firm structure contributed by the Cabernet Sauvignon. Petit Verdot, present in small quantities, enhances complexity and depth. Aging on fine lees in new and second-use barrels preserves the fruit while imparting finesse and elegance. The finish is long, harmonious, and highly digestible.
