Our Review of the Cuvée

The bright, clear color foreshadows a crisp and elegant experience. The nose opens with an intense minerality: flint, lemon, and grapefruit, punctuated by a hint of delicate spices. On the palate, the attack is lively, driven by a persistent briny quality. The structure is taut, the texture fine and balanced, with a liveliness reminiscent of lime. The finish, long and pure, prolongs the impression of chalk and citrus, without any heaviness. A Chablis of great precision, ideal with shellfish or grilled fish.
