Our Review of the Cuvée

This wine offers an intense aroma of ripe red fruits, with well-integrated notes of vanilla and oak. On the palate, it is beautifully rounded, with silky tannins and a lingering finish. The texture is elegant, and the flavors are both fruity and spicy. This wine evokes the warmth of the south and pairs perfectly with Mediterranean dishes.

Established in 1990, Domaine Olivier Gard is managed by Manuel Olivier in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, in the immediate vicinity of Vosne-Romanée. The estate currently spans approximately 11 hectares, distributed between the Hautes-Côtes and the Côte de Nuits, with a focus on viticulture.

The Vieilles Vignes cuvée exemplifies this approach, offering a crisp, sparkling, and balanced white wine, renowned for
