Amos Baneres And Alex Ruiz

Catalonia | Spain

The joint project by Amos Baneres and Alex Ruiz was born out of their shared desire to explore the potential of Catalan terroirs through an artisanal approach. Together, they produce wines from carefully selected plots, cultivated with respect for the environment.

The vineyards are cultivated using organic farming methods, with particular attention paid to the soil and biodiversity. Local grape varieties are prioritized in order to remain true to the region’s winemaking heritage and its natural balance.

In the cellar, winemaking is carried out without artificial interventions, relying on spontaneous fermentation and careful aging. The wines resulting from this collaboration aim to combine precision, freshness, and a sense of place.
