Drappier House is located in Urville, in the Côte des Bar region, and has been owned by a Champagne family present in the area since 1808, making it one of the oldest houses still managed by the same lineage. The vineyard is situated on Kimmeridgian soils and is characterized by a high proportion of Pinot Noir, complemented by rare grape varieties such as Arbane and Petit Meslier.

Drappier employs meticulous viticulture, with most of its parcels managed under organic farming practices. Their approach is characterized by soil cultivation without herbicides, a strong focus on biodiversity, and winemaking that prioritizes the natural expression of the fruit. The cuvées are frequently crafted with minimal or no dosage, emphasizing purity and minerality.

The house is also committed to robust environmental initiatives, notably carbon-neutral certification, and its Champagnes are appreciated for their elegance, tension, and
