Our Review of the Cuvée

This wine captivates with its alluring bouquet of garrigue and spices, complemented by intense notes of red fruits such as blackcurrant and raspberry. On the palate, it unfolds with remarkable breadth, characterized by supple tannins and a silky texture. The finish is persistent, leaving a lasting impression of ripe fruits and warm earth. Perfectly suited for a meal where it can pair wonderfully with grilled meats, a slow-cooked dish, or even a flavorful monkfish, it transforms every moment into an intense pleasure.

Chateau De Jau

Roussillon | France

Château de Jau is a historic Roussillon estate founded in the 12th century by Cistercian monks, now managed by the Dauré family and spanning approximately one hundred hectares of vineyards.

The vines are exposed to the Tramontane winds and the Mediterranean climate, surrounded by garrigue, olive trees, and cypress trees, which imparts a beautiful aromatic ripeness to the grapes.

The estate produces a wide range of white, rosé, and red wines under the Côtes du Roussillon appellation, reflecting the diversity and viticultural history of this ancient region.
