The grapes are hand-harvested, carefully destemmed, and undergo pre-fermentation maceration followed by 3 to 5 weeks of vatting, then aged for 12 months in barrels. The result is a dense, structured wine that is fruity and complex, combining elegance, intensity, and balance.
