Our Review of the Cuvée

At first glance, the color ranges from brick-red to vermilion, promising finesse. The bouquet comes alive with aromas of cherry, grape stems, and peony, subtly accented by smoky pepper. From the very first sip, the palate reveals a full-bodied yet airy texture, delicately fruity and with impressive precision. This cuvée offers a tactile experience thanks to its light effervescence, before unfolding into a finish of great freshness, where cherry, smoked pepper, and an elegant hint of orange peel blend harmoniously.

La Grapp'A

Languedoc | France

In Auvergne, La Grapp'A crafts wines predominantly from Gamay grapes cultivated on basaltic soils. The red wines exhibit a vibrant dark fruit profile, subtle tension, and a lightly smoky finish characteristic of the region. Gentle vinification processes yield elegant, sometimes almost infused, expressions. This is an engaging and transparent estate that truly embodies the volcanic revival in Auvergne.
