Our Review of the Cuvée

This white wine has a fresh, fragrant bouquet, with aromas of white fruit and flowers. On the palate, the Chenin’s lovely minerality combines with the Chardonnay’s roundness to create a surprising balance. Its texture is both fresh and complex, evoking sweet-and-salty pairings in the kitchen. A wine that reveals itself gradually, unveiling all its richness and subtlety.
