Our Review of the Cuvée

This Vouvray Sec is a true delight, ready to be enjoyed now or cellared for several years. Its pale yellow hue with brilliant platinum reflections is visually appealing, while its nose reveals captivating aromas of ripe white fruits, rose, honey, and dried fruits. On the palate, it presents a roundness that contributes to a beautiful structure and perfect overall balance. This charming wine is an excellent accompaniment to shellfish, fish, and exotic cuisine.

Domaine Thierry Cosme

Loire | France

Domaine Thierry Cosme is a family estate, producing Vouvray wines from father to son for four generations. Located on the north bank of the Loire, between Amboise and Tours, it currently cultivates 30 hectares of vines across the Vouvray and Touraine appellations. The story began with Thierry Cosme's grandfather, who was first a vineyard worker and then an independent winemaker after purchasing his first parcel. His son Guy subsequently modernized the estate, before Thierry took over the family business in 1988 after studying in Champagne. Since then, he has developed the vineyard with respect for nature and inherited expertise. In 2021, his son Tanguy also joined the estate, continuing this legacy of transmission. The estate produces white and rosé wines renowned for their quality and expression of the Loire Valley terroir.
