Our Review of the Cuvée

On the nose, this McLaren Vale Shiraz captivates with its aromatic richness: a blend of vibrant red fruits complemented by a hint of black pepper. On the palate, its generosity is marked by ripe berry aromas that unfold with controlled intensity, while the well-integrated tannins provide a velvety and pleasing texture. Extended maturation on lees in barrel enriches its profile with a delicate woody note. This wine reveals a depth that will evolve over time, offering a beautiful range of flavors with each tasting.
