Côtes Catalanes | Rouge | 2024

This wine is a subtle blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan, vinified using an innovative method that incorporates the "surplus" from red wine vats at the start of fermentation to create a unique structure. The winemaking process gives it a translucent purple hue and a distinct aromatic profile, combining lightness and allure. Its round, full-bodied palate delights with an explosion of fruit and striking freshness, all balanced by a lingering tangy note.

Our Review of the Cuvée

This cuvée captivates you from the very first whiff, with a rich and enchanting aroma evoking a basket of red berries—such as redcurrants, raspberries, and cherries—enhanced by a hint of spice. On the palate, it’s a fruity feast that envelops you, with a full-bodied and indulgent texture. Each sip reveals a vibrant freshness, enlivened by the irresistible tartness of morello cherries and delicate citrus notes. The lively finish prolongs the pleasure with even more fruit and that memorable tartness. A wine with a distinct, dynamic, and infinitely seductive personality.
