Julien Auroux, drawing on his extensive international experience, has converted the 11 hectares of his family estate to organic farming. This wine, a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris, is carefully vinified in stainless steel tanks. The minimalist use of additives ensures an authentic expression of the clay-limestone terroir. A small amount of sulfites is added before bottling, ensuring optimal preservation while respecting the wine’s natural character.

Being in Auvergne changes everything: volcanic soils, natural acidity, and vibrant yet substantial juices. Auroux cultivates Gamay and other local varieties with a gentle approach, reminiscent of natural viticulture, without sacrificing complexity. The wines are often crisp, sometimes exhibiting greater depth depending on the specific parcels. In short: tranquil energy. A true delight for the table.
