Our Review of the Cuvée

On the nose, this wine reveals delicate aromas of white flowers and citrus, immediately evoking a lovely freshness. On the palate, the texture is silky, highlighting the roundness of the Clairette, enhanced by the liveliness of the White Grenache. The wine is well-structured, with a lovely, lingering finish that hints at a subtle minerality. It is a wine of rare elegance, where each sip invites you to discover a new dimension of its character. A pure delight for the senses, sure to delight lovers of distinctive white wines.

Domaine Jérôme Gradassi

Languedoc | France

Domaine Jérôme Gradassi is a vineyard located in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in the Rhône Valley, taken over by Jérôme, a former Michelin-starred chef, who has chosen to cultivate the family’s land with passion and respect for tradition. His vines, planted on clay and sandy soils, produce ripe, aromatic grapes.

Production is intentionally limited, with only one red wine produced, made primarily from Grenache and Mourvèdre. The wine is made using traditional methods in stone vats, followed by a brief aging period in old oak casks to preserve its freshness and the expression of the terroir.

Gradassi wines are characterized by their elegance, aromatic finesse, and a depth that reflects the warm climate and mistral winds of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region.
