Our opinion on the vintage

Let yourself be seduced by the subtle marriage of aromas reminiscent of Corsican landscapes. The initial nose reveals intense notes of ripe red fruits, such as redcurrant and blackcurrant, accompanied by the sweetness of myrtle. On the palate, the wine expresses itself with breadth and a silky texture, enhanced by a delicate touch of oak. A distinctive minerality throughout and elegant tannins lead to a refined and lingering finish. Designed to complement a shoulder of lamb stuffed with candied clementines, it is recommended to open this wine an hour beforehand to allow its full aromatic range to unfold.

This approach allows the wines to find a balance between the generosity characteristic of the Mediterranean context and a distinctly island freshness. The estate's work as a whole offers a strong and coherent identity, rooted in the
