Anecdotes from the Estate: To be a good winemaker, you must first and foremost be passionate, love working the land and making wine. But you must also take time for enjoyable moments with your customers. With the help of my parents, we also have five permanent employees. From work to leisure, we share the same passions: rugby and motorsports for our downtime. The Estate's Story: At the end of my viticulture studies and after several internships in other vineyards, the last of which was in the United States, I returned to the estate alongside my parents, enriched by my experience. And there, I learned to respect the traditions and family know-how. Yes, winemakers for five generations! In turn, I was eager to add my personal touch. This has been the case for a few years now, and here is my great pride: two micro-vinifications: the "Unveiled" cuvée, a numbered limited edition in a chrome bottle, and a rosé made using the saignée method, also 100% Meunier. Our latest victory: we have just received an award of excellence in the Dussert-Gerbert guide. The pride of our estate is our 15-hectare family vineyard located in the commune of Festigny, in the heart of the Marne Valley. This terroir is ideal for the Pinot Meunier grape, which we cultivate primarily. We also grow Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to produce a balanced blended wine. Our vineyard, mainly planted in clay-limestone soil, is situated largely on the slopes, as our village is nestled in a natural amphitheater. For five generations, we have practiced sustainable viticulture and meticulous winemaking.
