Anecdotes from the Estate: As a little anecdote, we like to do the opposite of most winemakers... Champagne being THE quintessential blended wine, we make a cuvée in reverse: one plot, one year, one wine! Furthermore, we were among the first to use flowers in the vineyards we roll to replace external inputs with these natural fertilizers, "green manure"! The Estate's Story: Concerned about nature, we have chosen an ecological and environmentally responsible approach to viticulture. Our priority is to minimize our impact and rediscover a natural Champagne with a character unique to our terroir. We work according to the principles of permaculture and conservation viticulture to maintain living soils and provide the vines with a healthy environment. The Estate's Pride: Located in the southwest of the Marne, in the heart of Champagne, in the Côte des Blancs du Sézannais... We practice sustainable and responsible viticulture!
