Champagne Le Brun Servenay
Anecdotes from the Estate: The Story of the Estate. Maison Le Brun Servenay is the result of a 1965 marriage between two long-established winemaking families. A winegrower-producer for four generations, Maison Le Brun Servenay bequeaths a precious dual heritage through its knowledge of the terroir and its winemaking expertise. Maison Le Brun Servenay cultivates 7 hectares of vines, composed of 80% Chardonnay grapes and 20% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, on the prestigious Côte des Blancs. Spread across three Grand Cru villages and neighboring hillsides, the oldest vines are 80 years old, and two of them are 100 years old. The clay-limestone soil and the excellent drainage give the champagnes a potential for minerality, freshness, and excellence. The pride of the estate: The creation of Le Brun Servenay Cuvées is the result of patient research, rigorous selection, and subtle blending of the finest harvests to craft incomparable champagnes where the typicity of the terroir, the elegance of the color, the finesse of the bubbles, and the lightness make them exceptional wines. In its constant pursuit of quality, Maison Le Brun Servenay has equipped itself with state-of-the-art technical facilities for meticulous winemaking. The personal choice to forgo malolactic fermentation gives the champagne its distinctive freshness and delicacy. The quest for perfection accompanies a sustainable approach carried out in harmony with nature and the terroir.
