Anecdotes from the Estate: The Estate's Story. At the helm of the estate, Ludovic Manteau crafts a range of authentic champagnes made exclusively from the highest quality first pressing: the cuvée. He cultivates the vines with meticulous care and the utmost respect for the environment, practicing patient and natural winemaking techniques that result in a select range of champagnes, four of which are vintage. The Estate's Pride: A fourth-generation winemaker established in Mancy, Ludovic Manteau carries on the tradition begun by his grandfather. The vineyard comprises 5 hectares of old vines, 2.5 of which are located in the Mancy terroir. The harvest is carried out by hand. The diversity of our terroirs lends aromatic complexity and finesse to our wines.
