Our Review of the Cuvée
Patrick Boivin Champagne
Based in Épernay, the capital of Champagne, the Champagne Patrick Boivin estate is a family-owned house founded by Marie-Madeleine and Patrick Boivin. Today, the business is gradually being passed on to their two daughters, who each bring their own unique touch while carrying on the family legacy. The vineyard spans six hectares, primarily located in the Marne Valley and on the southern slopes of Épernay, with plots classified as Premier Cru, notably in Pierry and Cumières. The cuvées, characterized by extended aging, elegantly express the distinct character of the terroirs. In 2019, the estate introduced a unique cuvée from a mixed-varietal vineyard surrounding the family home in Épernay. Committed to both modernity and tradition, the family cultivates a deep passion for its terroir and welcomes visitors to the cellar to share its world and its champagnes.
