Château Coutet

A family estate for over 400 years, Château Coutet is now managed by the David Beaulieu family, owners for fourteen generations, in the heart of the Saint-Émilion vineyards. The estate is distinguished by its remarkable biodiversity, a testament to its long history of avoiding chemical products in the vineyards. Emblematic species such as Byzantine gladioli, tulips inherited from Roman times, and numerous orchids flourish on the property, while the wildlife is particularly abundant. Of the estate's 16 hectares, nearly a quarter is intentionally left uncultivated to encourage the natural development of parks, groves, and gardens. This approach, which supports organic farming, reflects the family's commitment to producing a great Saint-Émilion wine while respecting the terroir, nature, and future generations.
