As wine lovers, we wanted to combine this passion with our expertise in bioenergy and geobiology. Engineers by training and teachers, we longed to reconnect with nature. Biodynamics naturally presented itself to us. Anecdotes from the estate: Discovering an alchemical wine. The fermentation process and alchemy share common ground: the transformation of matter. We crafted our wine as one might search for the philosopher's stone, from the initial work in the vineyard to the final bottle. Everything was done to ensure that visible and invisible forces create harmony in our wines. To achieve this, we worked on both the visible and the invisible, using geobiology and bioenergy. Nature provided the minerals and trace elements the wine needed, but it also bestowed upon our wines the four elements (Water, Air, Earth, Fire). The Story of the Estate: As geobiologists and bioenergetic practitioners, we were curious to identify and observe the invisible forces at work in nature and in winemaking. For us, wine is a union of the forces of Light and Earth. Mastering the invisible elements of Water, Air, Earth, and Fire, along with an alchemical understanding of wine, leads us to strive for its purification. Humbly, we work the soil and the vines while observing and experimenting with the telluric and cosmic forces at play. The know-how and experience acquired in this field allow us to produce healthy, high-quality wines.
