A historic family winery, where we hand-harvest all 14 of our different grape varieties.

On our estate, each wine is made from a single grape variety in order to highlight the aromas of a single grape in each of our vintages. As my mother is of Portuguese origin, we sell the entire olive oil production made by my grandparents in Portugal. A mild and aromatic oil that can accompany salads or be used for cooking. The history of the estate I am the 4th generation at Château du Bois Huaut, a historic wine estate since 1897. We hand-harvest all 14 of our different grape varieties, allowing us to offer more than 25 different wines ranging from dry white to semi-sweet, including dessert wines, as well as light or structured reds. Our philosophy focuses on the quality of the grapes, in order to produce wines of beautiful concentration and intense finesse. Hand-harvesting allows us to carry out a strict selection where nothing is left to chance. These exceptional wines result from the richness of the terroir, a privileged climate, an ideal exposure, and particular expertise.
