Chateau Farambert
Anecdotes from the Estate: The harvest is carried out by hand with the utmost care. The grapes are destemmed and then gently pressed to extract the finest aromas. The preservation of the wine benefits from the latest technological innovations: pressed must is cooled to 8°C in an inert press, as are the vats, to control the temperature throughout the process. The estate produces rosé, red, and white wines, all certified organic. This rational and environmentally friendly production method allows the owners to blend traditional winemaking techniques with modern expertise. The wines thus retain their natural freshness, expressing all the complexity and beauty of Provence. A Little History of the Estate: Sometimes floral, fruity, or aromatic, these wines with exceptional flavors will be greatly appreciated during meals with family and friends, for a tasting, as an aperitif, or simply for a moment of pleasure and sharing. Access to the estate is via a grand driveway lined with olive trees, cypresses, and oleanders. The inviting and welcoming tasting room encourages visitors to linger and savor the wines, served with genuine kindness, delicacy, and smiles by the Château staff. The pride of Château Farambert, located in Pierrefeu-du-Var, is its 23-hectare vineyard, planted on clay-limestone soil, caressed by sea breezes and blessed with exceptional climatic conditions. Taken over in 2008 by Mr. Louis Perret and his family, they have completely restructured the existing estate and had the bold idea of returning to traditional winemaking methods.
