Anecdotes from the Estate: Being a winemaker is both a skill and a passion. My wines are different from other Cahors wines. There's a centuries-old secret to discover... The Estate's History: The estate has existed for three generations of winemakers, and we are very attached to our roots. In fact, our Ancestor and Generations cuvées honor our winemaking ancestors. The Estate's Pride: Located in the Les Roques area, the estate covers 18 hectares on the Cahors hillside with clay-limestone soil. The exposure is due south, and the soil is worked every other row. The vineyard comprises about twenty hectares. We are in organic conversion, which is the foundation of our philosophy. We are convinced that nature is a treasure that will never cease to surprise us and that it must be protected.
