Château Vieux Moulin

Château Vieux Moulin is a fully organic estate. The vineyards are located in the Montbrun des Corbières terroir. This dry, warm terroir imparts fruitiness and exuberance to the wines. Anecdotes from the estate: Being a winemaker is above all a passion. A desire to share and create. The estate's history: Château Vieux Moulin represents the culmination of several years dedicated to improving the quality and presentation of our products. For two centuries, six generations have perpetuated the tradition on this terroir, rich in light and color, while continuing the renovation of the vineyard. My wife and I took over Château Vieux Moulin from my grandfather in 1998. After an unconventional career path ranging from biochemistry to law, it became clear that our future lay in this terroir. The estate's pride: Château Vieux Moulin is entirely organic. The vineyards are located in the Montbrun des Corbières terroir. It is a dry and hot terroir which gives the wines fruitiness and exuberance.
