Anecdotes from the Estate: We strive to showcase our Fontfroide and Boutenac terroirs. Therefore, we craft our wines as single or two-varietal blends, allowing each terroir to express itself fully. A Little History of the Estate: Winemaking is a family affair for the Molinier family. After working as a consulting oenologist at major estates in Alsace, Martine encouraged her brother Christophe to take over the family business, which had previously been part of a cooperative winery, and establish their own independent cellar in 1998. Returning to the south, she naturally wanted to vinify her wines with the freshness and vibrancy characteristic of Alsace! The Estate's Pride: Located in Saint André de Roquelongue, in the heart of the Corbières region, our estate covers 40 hectares. We have been producing organic wines since 2013 under the IGP Aude Hauterive, AOC Corbières, and AOC Corbières-Boutenac designations. Our vines benefit from a clay-limestone terroir with stones and sandstone from Fontfroide and rolled pebbles from Boutenac. Our grape varieties include Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Maccabeu, Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, Viognier, Merlot, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Carignan, and Mourvèdre.
