Anecdotes from the Estate: My passion for vines and wine was passed down to me by my parents; since childhood, I have shared their expertise and enthusiasm. These are my roots. The life of a winemaker is passionately varied; each vintage is different. Vinification by plot is a very demanding technique that allows for a much better understanding of one's estate. It is a real pleasure to see the culmination of the work accomplished throughout the year. A Little History of the Estate: Located in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, 7 km from Colmar, our estate benefits from the full diversity of the terroirs of the famous Colmar hillsides, thanks to its plots being spread across several communes, particularly Eguisheim-Herrlisheim, Wettolsheim, and Wintzenheim. This diversity allows us to conduct vinification by plot and thus highlight the typicity of each terroir. Béatrice cultivates 8 hectares of vines without certification, but with practices close to sustainable viticulture. The harvest is entirely manual, the whole-cluster pressing is gentle and pneumatic, and the wine is aged on its fine lees. The pride of the estate: Located in the heart of Alsace, on the edge of the Colmar hills, our family estate, passed down from father to daughter, is dedicated to producing pure and authentic wines that reflect the expression of their terroir.
