La Grangère

Located in the heart of the Saint-Émilion appellation, Château la Grangère is a 6-hectare estate enjoying perfect sun exposure. The vines have an average age of 30 years. Estate anecdotes: Our wines, both Saint-Émilion and Bordeaux Supérieur, are purer, healthier, and closer to what we humbly strive to achieve: the best possible, like painters who, with gradual brushstrokes, create their masterpieces. Thanks to our efforts in preserving biodiversity, our plant health strategy, and our management of fertilization and water resources, we are HVE3 certified. Next will come the replanting of hedgerows and melliferous groves, and soon, beehives… The estate's history: Since 2010, we have been committed to an organic approach to viticulture: our choices represent a continuous balance to produce wines that respect people, the vine, and our natural environment. Our daily actions are neither a philosophy nor a whim: we work day after day for the future of our wines, our landscapes, and future generations. The vines have an average age of 30 years, and Merlot predominates. We work using traditional methods and have chosen organic farming after several years of observation and reflection. We also cultivate nearly 25 hectares of vines in the Bordeaux Supérieur appellation, also using organic farming methods.
