The Saint-Didier de Parnac vineyards are nestled in a bend of the Lot River, at the foot of a limestone cliff, bathed in the region's characteristic golden sunshine. Our philosophy is to offer a vibrant and flavorful expression of the terroir and the emblematic grape variety of our region. Anecdotes from the estate: Three properties, three terroirs within the Cahors appellation: from the meanders of the river to the summit of the limestone plateau, Malbec expresses itself in several complementary and delightful ways through our wines. A pioneer of premium Malbec in Argentina, named Winemaker of the Year (red wines) in 2018 by the IWC: since 2016, Hervé Joyaux has been dedicated to bringing his renowned experience and passion for the grape variety to the vineyards of Cahors. Château Saint-Didier is a former stopping place on the pilgrimage routes to Santiago de Compostela, and today, our barrels rest in the vaulted hall.
