Anecdotes from the estate: The château now hosts talented young winemakers eager to share and exchange ideas. It is the very first wine lab created in Burgundy, allowing them to benefit from all the estate's equipment to vinify their wines under the best possible conditions. A little history of the estate: Passionate about wines, and in particular the great wines of Burgundy, I created the estate in 2014. I now own Chardonnay vines in Chassagne-Montrachet, a Premier Cru vineyard in an exceptional terroir. My goal is to perpetuate the tradition of Burgundy's most demanding winemakers. The pride of the estate: Located south of Beaune, in the Côte d'Orient village of Bligny-les-Beaune, where the main activity is agriculture and viticulture, Château de Bligny is an exceptional place. Its vaulted cellars are ideal for aging Burgundy's great wines. Its range comprises white and red wines from rare Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in the most prestigious areas of the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. The best of these Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes is showcased through rigorous selection of grapes and must, meticulous vinification and aging that highlight the finesse of each terroir.
