Mas Blanc

Domaine du Mas Blanc is a family-run vineyard located south of Perpignan in the Roussillon region, representative of the Collioure and Banyuls appellations, where vineyard work and winemaking emphasize the expression of the soil and the Mediterranean climate. Now managed by Jean-Michel Parcé, the estate perpetuates a family tradition combining expertise with respect for local practices.

The vines flourish on the hillsides of the terraces of Banyuls and Collioure, producing structured red wines with harmonious tannins, often carefully aged to preserve the aromatic depth characteristic of these Catalan terroirs.

The winemaking process is carried out with care, from the manual harvesting to the aging in tanks, aiming to faithfully reflect the character of the grape varieties and their geological origins in each bottle.
