Our Review of the Cuvée

Upon opening, this cuvée envelops you with its captivating aromas of ripe strawberries, accompanied by subtle spicy and smoky notes characteristic of Jura Poulsard. On the palate, it stands out for its fluid, light texture and refreshing juice. Its very light red color is intriguing, and a slight natural effervescence may be noticeable at first, reflecting the wine’s lively energy. This effervescence can easily be mellowed by decanting for those who prefer a smoother, more mellow tasting experience.

La Grapp'A

Languedoc | France

In Auvergne, La Grapp'A crafts wines predominantly from Gamay grapes cultivated on basaltic soils. The red wines exhibit a vibrant dark fruit profile, subtle tension, and a lightly smoky finish characteristic of the region. Gentle vinification processes yield elegant, sometimes almost infused, expressions. This is an engaging and transparent estate that truly embodies the volcanic revival in Auvergne.
