Our opinion on the vintage

When you bring this wine to your nose, captivating aromas of blackcurrant, violet, and garrigue rise with finesse. On the palate, the texture is surprisingly velvety, almost caressing, with a freshness that stretches the flavors to a rich backbone of blackcurrant and spice. The finish leaves a lingering imprint of thyme and warm stone, recreating the wild essence of the surrounding garrigue. The 28 months of aging in stainless steel allow this wine to reveal its full complexity and distinctive elegance.

Domaine du Météore

Languedoc | France

Situated on an ancient crater, the estate benefits from spectacular schist soils. Carignan and Syrah produce tightly structured wines with mineral depth and dark aromatics. Vinification favors moderate extraction and precise aging, resulting in wines with taut yet approachable textures. The style remains vertical and energetic, with a very pronounced mineral signature.
